Phlebotomist

Job Overview

We are seeking qualified and dependable Phlebotomists to become part of our field healthcare and diagnostic screening team. The role involves execution of blood and other diagnostic specimen collection across designated field sites.

Key Duties

• Carry out venipuncture and safely collect blood and diagnostic samples from patients at various field locations.
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, storing, and transportation of samples strictly according to established SOPs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records for both patients and their samples.
• Adhere to strict infection control, biosafety, and quality standards throughout all procedures.
• Collaborate efficiently with the laboratory team to guarantee samples are processed promptly.
• Deliver professional patient care, ensuring comfort throughout the sample collection process.
• Be prepared to travel to assigned field locations as part of job responsibilities.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Possession of DMLT, BMLT, Certified Phlebotomy Technician certification, or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous hands-on experience in blood or sample collection is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates who have undergone relevant phlebotomy training are welcome to apply.
• Exemplary communication and patient management skills are essential.
• Must be willing to travel for fieldwork assignments.
• Ownership of a vehicle and appropriate driving license is compulsory.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly remuneration ranging between 10,000 and 15,000 INR.
