Job Overview and Working Hours

The position requires working 9-hour shifts on a rotational basis, with four weekly off days each month. Additional holidays are provided during major festivals, or compensatory pay is offered if working on such days.

Experience and Compensation

Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting. The salary ranges from ₹14,000 to ₹25,000 monthly, depending on experience, with additional incentive bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Possess strong product knowledge and effective communication skills.
• Advise customers on over-the-counter medications for common minor ailments such as cough, cold, and fever.
• Interpret and accurately read prescriptions.
• Guide patients on proper medicine usage and administration.
• Inform customers about current discounts and special offers.
• Recommend substitute medicines available within the pharmacy if the prescribed ones are unavailable.
• Take customer orders for medicines not in stock.
• Handle daily pharmacy operations including sales and purchase processes.
• Maintain basic proficiency in pharmacy billing software.
• Accurately record stock receipt data in the inventory system.
• Conduct monthly audits of stock categorized by tablets, syrups, and more.
• Keep records for home delivery requests and customer orders.

Additional Information
