Overview

Saudi German Health's Madinah branch is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager. This role demands a qualified professional with proven leadership in hospital pharmacy settings, dedicated to enhancing patient safety and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily pharmacy operations, maintaining adherence to healthcare regulations and quality benchmarks.
• Lead and coordinate the pharmacy team to provide efficient pharmaceutical services.
• Oversee medication inventory management, procurement processes, and cost control strategies.
• Create and enforce pharmacy policies, protocols, and patient safety programs.
• Work closely with medical and clinical staff to guarantee superior patient care.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; holding a PharmD or equivalent advanced degree is advantageous.
• Accumulate at least 8 years of overall experience in pharmacy, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Hold valid registration and classification with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of pharmacy operations, medication safety protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages is essential.
