Role Overview

Daily Responsibilities

As a pharmacy dispenser, you will ensure customers receive excellent service which goes beyond just providing medicines. Engaging in pleasant conversations and using your expert knowledge, you will make customers feel at ease. You will also promote available health services to customers, helping them benefit from various support options. Acting as the initial contact for customer inquiries, you will assist the pharmacy team by setting a high standard of customer care and ensuring attention to detail, encouraging customer loyalty.
