The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of pharmaceuticals, stock management, and exemplary customer service skills.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities within the medical store ensuring smooth functioning.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inventory, and product expiry dates.
• Manage billing processes using pharmacy software systems.
• Engage with customers effectively to meet their medicinal needs.
• Provide guidance to patients on proper medication usage and dosage as prescribed by healthcare providers.

Qualifications and Experience Needed

• Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree.
• Possession of a valid Pharmacist Registration Certificate.
• Previous experience in retail or hospital pharmacy settings is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact well with customers.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications.
