Role Overview

We seek a precise and accountable Pharmacist to oversee medication dispensing, manage inventory, and provide patients with guidance at our fertility clinic pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispense medications accurately based on physicians' prescriptions.
  • Educate patients on proper dosages, administration methods—especially for injections—and storage instructions.
  • Offer guidance on IVF-related drugs, with training provided.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels for medicines and consumables.
  • Keep track of expiry dates and apply stock rotation practices like FIFO and FEFO.
  • Initiate purchase orders and coordinate with procurement teams.
  • Keep records in compliance with pharmacy regulations.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions are maintained, including temperature control for sensitive IVF drugs.
  • Follow legal and ethical pharmacy standards.
  • Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and counselors.
  • Guarantee timely drug availability for IUI and IVF procedures.

Eligibility and Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
  • Mandatory possession of a valid State Pharmacy Council Registration license.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience working in hospital or clinic pharmacy settings.
  • Experience in fertility or IVF pharmacy is advantageous but not required.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs and proper handling techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing.
  • Good communication skills for effective patient counseling.
  • Basic computer literacy for billing and software applications.
  • Efficient inventory management capabilities.
