About the Role
Pharmasave Broadmead seeks a dedicated full-time Pharmacist to join its vibrant community pharmacy team in Victoria, British Columbia. This position values your expertise, ethical judgment, and compassion as integral to providing superior care.

Responsibilities
- Offer excellent patient-centered care adhering to the full scope of clinical pharmacy practice.
- Engage collaboratively with team members to enhance pharmacy services.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and compassionate communication when serving patients.
- Effectively manage workflow and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must hold a current BC Pharmacist License in Good Standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC.
- Possess OAT Certification and Injection Certification to administer medications safely.
- Authorized to prescribe treatments for minor ailments.
- Experience with Kroll pharmacy management software preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Clear understanding of appropriate billing practices and audit risk reduction strategies.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with patients and deliver excellent customer service.
- Motivated to grow professionally and clinically within a community-focused pharmacy.
- Valuing teamwork, integrity, and patient advocacy is critical for success.
Additional Information
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Sunday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- Competitive hourly wage between $62 to $65.
