Our client is a leading pharmaceutical contract manufacturer and publicly listed company with global operations, including Singapore. They deliver cutting-edge pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing services to support healthcare product development and production internationally.
Job Opportunity
Due to expanding business needs, the company is looking to recruit 30 Production Technicians to join their manufacturing team based in Singapore. This role is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in chemistry, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical manufacturing who seek to advance their careers at a recognized global pharmaceutical and biotech organization.
Responsibilities
- Promptly communicate any irregularities encountered during production to supervisors to maintain quality standards.
- Accurately maintain batch production records and related documents, including proficient use of the Electronic Batch Record (EBR) system.
- Ensure proper functioning of manufacturing equipment; assist Engineering Department with equipment commissioning, verification, and calibration activities.
- Operate equipment and facilities properly, performing routine maintenance, adjustments, and cleaning as required.
- Complete all assigned tasks and authorized duties relevant to the position diligently.
Requirements
- Preferably possess good spoken Chinese communication skills, given frequent interaction with the company’s headquarters in China.
- Willingness to work shifts including night shifts.
- Minimum education of high school diploma.
- Diploma in Chemistry or Pharmacy, or practical pharmaceutical industry work experience or training.
- Strong learning ability, good summary skills, high responsibility, and excellent execution capabilities.
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic monthly salary ranges from SGD 3000 to SGD 5000, commensurate with experience.
- Working hours total 44 hours per week.
- Entitlement to basic overtime pay.
- Transportation allowance provided.
- Additional night shift allowance.
- Complimentary shuttle bus service available from the factory to designated pickup locations.
