Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician dedicated to delivering excellent service using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques to residential and commercial clients. This role is production-based and offers top earning potential in the industry.

A Day in the Life

• Begin each day energized to serve your assigned route and build lasting customer relationships.
• Inspect various property areas such as attics and crawl spaces to detect pest activity, conducive conditions, and harborage sites.
• Explain tailored pest control solutions to customers with a friendly and reassuring approach.
• Collect payments, address inquiries patiently, and maintain professionalism throughout interactions.
• Ensure all tools and vehicles are kept in optimal condition to support daily operations.
• Act as a reliable resource in your community, dedicated to improving customers' living and working environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• Possess and maintain any necessary state licenses or certifications following regulatory requirements.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Be willing and able to work at least 40 hours each week.
• No prior pest control experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
