Pest Control Technician

The role involves servicing regions including Geelong, Bellarine, Surf Coast, Golden Plains, Colac Otway, and the City of Ballarat.

Role Responsibilities

• Engage with commercial and residential customers to ensure their properties remain free of pests.

Geelong Pest Control Pty Ltd is a family-run business with military roots, delivering professional pest control and termite management services to residential and commercial clients across Geelong, the Surf Coast, and wider country Victoria.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a current and valid Australian open/full driver’s license.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle.
• Eligibility to work full-time in Australia.
• Interest in pest control or relevant industry experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills to effectively manage and grow client relationships.
• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with internal teams and customers.
• Physically fit, capable of working independently, and comfortable driving long distances.
• Exceptional attention to detail to uphold high standards and meet performance targets.
• Consistently adhere to safety guidelines established by clients and the company.
• Competent in using mobile phone service applications or tablets.
• Ability to successfully obtain a Working with Children Check.
