We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Barista to join our team in Breakwater, Victoria. This role is key in creating outstanding coffee experiences, ensuring each cup meets our high standards. • Craft and serve a diverse range of coffee drinks and beverages to patrons
• Manage settings and upkeep of coffee equipment to maintain top performance
• Keep coffee station and adjacent areas clean and well-organized
• Deliver top-tier customer service including order taking and addressing queries
• Support training of new team members on coffee preparation and service quality
• Monitor coffee inventory levels and notify management of shortages
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service flow

Candidate Profile

• Possess a High School Diploma or similar qualification
• Prior barista experience is beneficial but not mandatory for newcomers
• Background in front-of-house roles is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with coffee machine adjustments and maintenance
• Strong attention to detail in preparing and presenting drinks
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work setting
• Effective time management abilities
