Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan deployment of skilled and management personnel in industrial settings, including welders, pipeline builders, assemblers, and site managers.
• Arrange accommodations and transportation logistics.
• Collaborate closely with project management, HR, clients, and partner companies.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements under the German Employee Leasing Act (Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz, AÜG).
• Manage administrative support for employees and maintain personnel data records.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or degree in human resources, economics, or technical fields.
• At least three years of professional experience in personnel dispatching, preferably in technical or industrial environments.
• In-depth knowledge of the Employee Leasing Act and practical application thereof.
• Independent and structured working style combined with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
• Fluent command of German and English is mandatory; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous.
