Role Overview
The position of Personal Trainer at UP Dubai involves mastering specialized coaching techniques through intensive training and development. Trainers are empowered to conduct results-oriented sessions with diverse clients who seek transformation through proven methods. This role emphasizes coaching excellence over sales, providing lifelong client partnerships and full-spectrum transformational support.
Key Responsibilities and Approach
- Deliver personalized, elite-level personal training based on The UP Method.
- Act as both coach and trusted guide through clients’ transformation journeys.
- Prioritize client outcomes and sustainable progress rather than sales targets.
Essential Requirements
- Possession of a Level 3 Personal Training qualification or equivalent.
- Demonstrated passion for making a positive impact on others’ lives.

- Valid First Aid certification acquired from an in-person course (valid 12 months).

Additional Information
- Work schedule is full-time, including potential early mornings and late evenings, especially during the first year.
- Annual base salary is 148,000 AED with on-target earnings ranging between 169,600 to 208,500 AED.
- Applicants must already hold the required qualification; UP does not provide training certifications.
- Relocation expenses to Dubai will not be covered by UP.
