Overview

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company seeks a Personal Host to create lasting, exceptional experiences for guests beyond routine check-in and check-out processes. This role is central to guiding guests throughout their stay with a warm, proactive approach that blends operational duties with memorable service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of guest services to ensure a seamless and unique stay experience.
• Take initiative to assist with guests' needs, including processing operational requirements and addressing requests.
• Provide guests with information about local attractions and highlights, enriching their overall visit.
• Engage dynamically within the property to support service excellence, including handling reports and related tasks.
  • Maintain a physically active presence, standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods as needed.
  • Perform hands-on tasks, including moving, lifting, or positioning objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications and Experience
