Job description
Position Overview
We are looking for a professional and reliable Personal Driver to provide secure transportation services for our CEO in Singapore. This role requires punctuality, discretion, and a strong commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the CEO safely to and from work, meetings, events, and personal appointments.
- Determine the best travel routes by considering current traffic conditions.
- Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and fully operational.
- Handle vehicle-related documentation including insurance, road tax, servicing, and parking arrangements.
- Support with occasional errands such as delivering or collecting documents.
- Maintain confidentiality about the CEO's schedule and movements.
- Use English and Chinese communication skills for necessary coordination.
Candidate Requirements
- Holder of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a flawless driving record.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore's roads, ERP system, and parking rules.
- At least 3 years of driving experience in personal or corporate roles.
- Dependable and punctual, with flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, and some weekends.
- Experience serving C-level executives is highly preferred.
- Must be a Singapore citizen, permanent resident, or possess a valid work permit.
