Role Overview

The company is seeking a Personal Driver based in Lagos State for a full-time, on-site role. The driver will be tasked with ensuring safe, timely transportation of designated passengers to work, meetings, healthcare centers, and other authorized locations. This includes planning routes, observing traffic laws, and maintaining the vehicle's cleanliness and basic mechanical condition.

Key Duties

• Transport passengers safely to assigned destinations as per schedule.
• Plan and adjust travel routes considering traffic and road conditions.
• Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and upkeep basic functionality.
• Assist passengers when boarding or alighting the vehicle if required.
• Execute errands upon request.
• Maintain records of mileage, fuel consumption, and servicing timelines.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Uphold professional behavior and respect passenger privacy.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proficient driving experience.
• Possession of a valid and appropriate driving license consistent with local laws.
• Customer service aptitude demonstrating patience, courtesy, and respect.
• Advantageous to have a clean driving record and detailed knowledge of Lagos road systems.
• Capability to follow safety protocols diligently.
• Reliability, punctuality, and previous exposure as a personal or corporate driver.
• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and handling emergency situations is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varying hours as needed.
• Residence in Ikeja, Magodo, Agege, or surrounding areas.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration for this role is ₦150,000.
