Job Overview
We are seeking Field Collection Executives to join our dynamic team, responsible for visiting clients in person to recover outstanding dues and manage loan repayment follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person visits to customers for collection of pending amounts.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue EMIs and loan payments.
- Discuss and negotiate feasible payment plans with clients.
- Keep consistent follow-ups and maintain accurate records of collection status.
- Conduct professional interactions during field visits with customers.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must possess a motorcycle as this is a field-based role.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities are essential.
- Willing to travel extensively within the designated regions.
- Open to both freshers and experienced applicants.
Compensation
The remuneration package includes a monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹23,000 plus incentive-based earnings.
Job Locations
Positions available across multiple locations including Guntur, Visakhapatnam (Vizag), Vijayawada, Krishna, Nellore, and Ongole in Andhra Pradesh.
