Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Personal Banking Consultant to join our supportive branches in the Mackay Region, working primarily at Canelands and Mount Pleasant. This full-time role involves a 38-hour week and focuses on delivering personalized, high-quality service to our bank members by understanding their unique needs, offering tailored financial solutions, and fostering trusting relationships.
Key Duties
- Provide personalized support to members by recognizing their financial needs and advising appropriate products and services.
- Offer proactive problem solving to help members achieve successful financial outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively within a team that values trust and cooperation.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in daily banking operations.
- Handle cash transactions securely and in compliance with policies.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in sales with a strong customer service orientation.
- Demonstrated capability in cash handling and financial transactions.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly with diverse members.
- Adaptable to changing environments and able to work collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in the finance sector is preferred but not mandatory.
