About Deloitte and the Role

Join our Technology and Transformation team based in Wellington as a Personal Assistant. You will provide extensive support to Partners and the broader team, aiding in initiative execution, diary management, and general administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars proactively by organizing schedules and resolving conflicts efficiently.
- Coordinate travel plans, accommodation, and meetings, including logistical support for internal and external events.
- Support financial operations by managing expenses, processing invoicing for Partners, and assisting the Consulting team with financial workflows.
- Maintain and update critical business tools such as CRM, time-tracking, and billing systems.
- Contribute actively to fostering office culture through initiative development and communication management.
- Design and refine office procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Handle correspondence and inquiries professionally, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Work collaboratively with other support staff across the organisation.
- Assist Partners with event and meeting logistics, preparation of materials, and ensuring success of activities.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a comparable role demonstrating professionalism and approachability.
- Exceptional organisational abilities enabling multitasking and prioritisation across competing demands.
- Strong client focus with effective communication skills at various organisational levels.
- Capability to develop robust internal and external professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Motivated to learn continuously and embrace challenges, with meticulous attention to detail and proactive planning skills.
