Primary Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee the perso or mailing machines ensuring smooth workflows.
• Inspect products to identify and remove defective items from production lines.
• Maintain accurate production records including output rates, rejected items, downtime, and materials consumed.
• Strictly follow safety, health, and security protocols, such as using protective equipment and preserving orderly workspaces.
• Execute production plans and apply the priority matrix during operations.
• Conduct miscellaneous duties as required by business needs, like manual fulfillment tasks.
• Comply with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards throughout processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of high school education.
• A minimum of three years’ experience functioning as a production operator.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (additional advantage).
• Basic maintenance capabilities (beneficial but not mandatory).
• Experience working within industrial, operational, or manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
