Job Overview

This role involves executing scheduled shows and performances with consistent high quality, either solo or with a group. Performers will work on stages of varying sizes including those with moving components and near water.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform shows and sets as scheduled by management
• Maintain exceptional performance standards across all appearances
• Comfortably perform solo and group acts
• Adapt to stages of all scales including complex setups
• Participate actively in warm-ups, rehearsals, and cleaning routines
• Consistently deliver character portrayals based on training and rehearsals
• Prioritize personal health and physical fitness
• Be ready to host shows when needed
• Open to performing in additional roles including dance and singing
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings as organized by the leadership
• Be punctual and prepared backstage for scheduled show start times
• Manage personal warm-ups to ensure safety and readiness
• Immediately report illness or injuries following health and safety procedures
• Handle costumes, wigs, makeup, shoes, and props with professionalism, preventing damage
• Report any costume or prop damages promptly to leadership
• Adhere to company policies including dress code, social media conduct, and behavior standards per Miral’s code of conduct
• Demonstrate company behavioral competencies during interactions
• Follow guidelines when using company facilities and designated areas
• Participate in performance evaluations conducted by leadership
• Be flexible to work across all Miral parks, properties, and events as directed

Qualifications

Essential:

• Completion of higher secondary education or equivalent
• Prior professional stage or performance experience
• Ability to consistently portray multiple intellectual property characters
• Capacity to learn and use various accents as instructed
• Alignment with brand values and demonstrating uniqueness
• Physical ability to acquire new performance skills
• Strong stage presence and excellent performance quality

Desirable:

• Bachelor’s degree in the Arts or a Master of Fine Arts qualification
• Minimum four years of demonstrated professional stage or performance experience
• Experience performing in themed parks
• Performance experience within GCC or UAE regions
• Proficiency in dance, singing, or physical comedy
