About the Role
KingdomOfChess is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Head to lead our paid marketing initiatives. As the world’s top provider of live online chess classes, with presence in the USA, UK, UAE, Australia, and over 30 countries, we’re looking for an expert to drive growth through strategic marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of paid marketing strategies.
- Manage and scale advertising campaigns primarily across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), and LinkedIn Ads where applicable.
- Focus on generating quality leads while ensuring cost per lead (CPL) and customer acquisition cost (CAC) targets are met.
Candidate Eligibility & Experience
- Applicants must have at least 1 year of total experience.
- Preferably possess 4 years of direct, hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Experience managing ad budgets exceeding 10 lakh INR monthly is highly preferred.
- Strong technical capabilities with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Deep understanding of marketing attribution models, tracking mechanisms, pixels, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Experience in lead generation sectors or EdTech industries is an advantage.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and data-centric decision-making ability.
- Proven ability to coordinate and oversee agencies, freelancers, and internal teams to meet marketing goals.
Compensation & Location
This is a full-time position based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India, offering an annual salary of ₹1,000,000. The role is available immediately.
