Performance Marketer - Real Estate

Role Summary

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive specializing in real estate lead generation based in Bengaluru. This role demands expertise in managing and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns along with sound knowledge of Google Ads platforms.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine lead generation campaigns using Meta Ads.
• Develop creative assets, audience targeting tactics, and campaign configurations tailored for Meta platforms.
• Configure and manage Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and Conversion API to track campaign actions accurately.
• Handle Google Ads campaigns with a focus on Search and Performance Max formats.
• Use Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for conversion tracking and data analysis.
• Monitor campaign metrics to optimize budget allocation and enhance the quality of incoming leads.
• Collaborate closely with design and website teams to produce compelling creatives and effective landing pages.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of experience in real estate performance marketing.
• Proficient and hands-on with Meta Ads management and optimization.
• Knowledgeable in Google Ads operations and management.
• Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Events Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
• Capability to craft and steer high-impact ad creatives for Meta platforms.
• Prior experience specific to generating leads in the real estate sector is advantageous.
• Strong analytical aptitude combined with effective communication skills.
