As a specialist performance media agency, we integrate regression-based media planning with human insights to optimize the balance between brand and performance marketing.

Role Summary

As the Performance Director, you will steer the strategic vision of client accounts, ensuring campaigns excel in delivering commercial results across paid search, paid social, and various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct digital performance strategies for multiple client portfolios.
  • Create integrated channel plans founded on data analysis, business goals, and insights.
  • Establish and nurture trusted relationships with senior client executives.
  • Spot and act on opportunities to elevate campaign effectiveness and expand client investments.
  • Manage forecasting, budgets, and performance reporting activities.
  • Foster collaboration across planning, media, creative, technology, and analytics teams.
  • Lead campaign optimization leveraging data insights and attribution modeling.
  • Contribute to new business proposals and help grow the agency.
  • Mentor and guide a team of Performance Managers and Executives for high achievement.
  • Advocate for innovation, continuous enhancement, and performance best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum four years of experience in digital performance marketing within an agency setting.
  • Expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, and wider performance media channels.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Meta Business Manager.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience in developing multi-channel digital strategies and performance forecasting.
  • Excellent skills in client oversight and stakeholder management.
  • Collaborative leadership style with a track record of mentoring and growing teams.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive approach with a passion for innovation and ongoing improvement.
