Role Overview

The People Partner in our Irish office will be pivotal in delivering People & Culture programs that support SiriusXM Ireland’s expansion. Reporting directly to the Director of People & Culture Europe, this HR generalist position will manage local initiatives, ensure adherence to Irish labor and compensation laws, and promote an inclusive employee environment while aligning with global policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managerial staff in Ireland, overseeing everyday employee relations and engagement activities, conflict resolution, and partnering with senior leadership on complex cases.
  • Drive identification and implementation of training programs to foster leadership, professional development, and overall organizational performance.
  • Champion company culture and values by advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives within the Irish hub.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to support recruitment, hiring, and retention efforts ensuring a consistent and inclusive approach.
  • Assist with performance management cycles, including goal-setting and feedback aligned with SiriusXM’s global practices.
  • Work alongside global HR and compensation teams to maintain competitive and compliant salary and benefits policies locally.
  • Ensure all People & Culture procedures comply with Irish labor regulations, GDPR, and other legal mandates; escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining global alignment.
  • Support HR operations functions such as payroll coordination and HRIS management collaboratively with international teams.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • At least three years of relevant HR experience paired with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Legal authorization to work in Ireland is mandatory.
  • Preferred professional HR certification such as CIPD Level 5, SHRM, or equivalent.
  • Proven track record implementing and optimizing HR processes in scaling international organizations.
  • Deep understanding of Irish and UK labor laws and HR regulations; experience with multiple countries advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to influence and nurture relationships across varying organizational levels.
  • Expertise in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated with capacity for independent work complemented by collaboration with global HR peers.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project management competencies to effectively juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Experience working within diverse, multicultural environments and displaying cultural sensitivity.
  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems and Google Workspace; Workday experience is a plus.
  • Practical knowledge of artificial intelligence applications in daily HR tasks and project acceleration.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are highly beneficial.
