Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented People & Capability Coordinator to become part of our Auckland team. This role involves providing coordination and operational advisory support across diverse people and capability functions. You will work closely with Partners, employees, and the wider People & Capability team to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Duties
- Managing critical employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, employee status changes, development programs, remuneration reviews, and exit processes.
- Overseeing and improving graduate and intern programs, including recruitment assistance, onboarding, skill development initiatives, and engagement activities.
- Supporting the administration of professional qualification study processes (CAANZ, CPA, CFA) when necessary.
- Generating and managing routine workforce reports as needed.
- Providing first-level guidance on people policies and processes, collaborating with the People & Capability team to aid in resolving employee issues and advancing people-related projects.
- Maintaining and enhancing internal people-related web pages to ensure content is current, engaging, and aligned with existing policies and initiatives.
Candidate Profile
This position suits those commencing their career in HR or People & Capability, possessing strong interpersonal skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities within a dynamic work environment. Candidates should be collaborative, proactive, confident in expressing opinions, and comfortable utilizing technology tools, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in professional services is advantageous.
