About the Role
Join WorkSetu Management Solution LLP as a House Help (Peon) and secure a job where work will be provided, eliminating the need to find clients yourself. The position offers a minimum earning guarantee up to ₹15,000 and potential monthly earnings ranging between ₹15,000 and ₹55,000. You will be assigned work near your home location, with fast joining and training processes provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general household cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Wash utensils and laundry tasks.
- Maintain basic cleanliness of the kitchen area.
- Carry out fundamental washroom cleaning.
- Execute routine household chores as assigned.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Female candidates aged between 18 to 40 years.
- Both freshers and experienced applicants are welcome.
- No educational qualifications or degrees required.
- Possession of Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and a valid bank account is mandatory.
Additional Information
- The company organizes interviews and training sessions within 1 to 12 kilometers from the candidate's residence.
- Training duration is 3 days.
- Post-training, the branch from which daily work will be assigned is located within 3 kilometers of the candidate's home.
- No fees are charged for the job or training process.
- Earnings depend on applicable policies, work availability, attendance, and completed tasks.
