About the Role
Join WorkSetu as a household help or housemaid with assured minimum earnings and opportunities for steady income. This position offers fixed assignments from the company and ensures work in locations close to your home. Training is provided shortly after joining.

Primary Responsibilities
- Cleaning of home interior and sweeping/wiping floors.
- Washing dishes and laundering clothes.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and bathroom areas.
- Handling routine household chores as assigned.
Additional Information
- Interview and training locations will be within 1 to 12 kilometers from your home.
- Post-training, work locations or branches will be within approximately 3 kilometers from your residence.
Eligibility Criteria
- Female candidates between 18 to 40 years of age.
- Suitable for both novices and those with household help experience.
- Must possess Aadhaar card, PAN card, and a bank account.
Start earning by working near your home with minimum guaranteed income. Earnings between ₹25,000 and ₹55,000 are subject to terms, availability, attendance, and tasks performed. Distances for interviews, training, and branches may vary based on location and availability.
