Role Overview
As a PEO Quality Control Inspector based in Neemrana, you will be part of the Operations team reporting to an Operations Manager. This team ensures industry-leading inspection services are executed following QIMA's defined standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor emails daily to receive inspection schedules, related documents, and guidelines.
- Attend inspections punctually and maintain professional communication with suppliers and factory personnel.
- Inspect finished automotive goods verifying quantity, packaging quality, carton integrity, assortment accuracy, labeling, and shipping marks aligned with client and QIMA standards.
- Perform final shipment verification to confirm products are packed and prepared correctly for export.
- Accurately prepare and submit detailed inspection reports within stipulated deadlines.
Candidate Qualifications
- Based in Neemrana, Rajasthan.
- Have 2 to 3 years of experience in packing inspection, shipment verification, or similar roles in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
- Familiar with packaging requirements, shipping marks, carton labeling, and export shipment protocols.
- Possess basic knowledge of Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) standards and inspection methodologies.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail, integrity, and professional ethical conduct.
Compensation & Additional Information
- Gross monthly salary ranges from USD 300 to USD 340 net.
- Performance bonus payable in February equivalent to up to one month's gross salary.
- Travel expenses covered depending on location.
