Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Pega Developer with 9 to 11 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy Pega applications. This role requires working closely with various teams to gather and understand requirements, ensuring that solutions meet business goals efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying Pega-based applications adhering to coding and best practice standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to collect requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
• Resolving development challenges by troubleshooting, debugging, and fixing defects in Pega systems.
• Maintaining strict compliance with coding standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Engaging in knowledge sharing sessions to foster team growth and project success.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 9 to 11 years of professional experience in Pega development, specializing in PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander).
• Deep knowledge of Pega architecture, effective data modeling, and comprehensive business rules management.
• Skilled in using CSSA (Customer Service Studio Assistant) for creating customer service applications.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, while consistently meeting stringent deadlines.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold one of the following educational qualifications: B.Sc in any specialization, B.C.A. in any specialization, or B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization.

Work Location

Position based in Hyderabad, India, operating primarily onsite.
