PCV Bus Driver

Compensation

• Standard pay rate: £18.35 per hour
• Overtime pay rate: £20.19 per hour
• Pay rates are regularly reviewed through negotiations

Working Hours

• Five days out of seven working on rotating shifts planned 6-8 weeks in advance
• Shift start times vary: mornings from 4:00 AM, afternoons from 12:00 PM, evenings from 6:00 PM
• Shifts rotate; fixed shift times are not available separately
• Overtime is available based on request and availability

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old
• Possess a valid PCV licence (applicants without one should consider applying for the Trainee role, which includes paid training)
• Licences must have no more than six penalty points
• Pass drug and alcohol screening
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts
