Job Overview
We are currently seeking an organized, precise, and dedicated Payroll Specialist to join the team of an international partner company.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and processing monthly payroll for employees.
- Verifying all necessary data for payroll calculations, including working hours, leaves, absences, and monthly changes.
- Maintaining and updating employee data and documentation.
- Supporting the administration of employment relationships and staff documentation.
- Preparing monthly reports related to payroll and personnel costs.
- Assisting in payroll payment preparation and verification.
- Performing reconciliations and necessary checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Keeping and managing employee documentation in compliance with company procedures.
- Collaborating closely with HR, Finance, and Administration departments.
- Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper handling of employee data.
- Providing support for other administrative and financial tasks as required by the company.
Candidate Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Previous experience in Payroll, HR Administration, Employee Administration, Finance, or Accounting is considered an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and employee data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Mandatory minimum B2 proficiency in Italian language.
- Minimum B2 proficiency in English language.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Responsibility, accuracy, and respect for confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally in an international setting.
