About the Role
Join a prominent team at CDC NSW, a leading private bus operator supporting communities across New South Wales with over 2,000 employees in multiple locations. This permanent full-time Payroll Officer role is based in Seven Hills, with the added flexibility to work from home after settling in.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete payroll process for various brands and multiple sites.
- Handle employee entitlements involving new hires, terminations, overtime, allowances, and leave.
- Accurately process payroll data sourced from timesheets, spreadsheets, and electronic time & attendance systems.
- Keep superannuation records and employee details up to date.
- Offer knowledgeable and friendly assistance to employees with payroll-related inquiries.
- Compile monthly and quarterly payroll reports and remittance statements.
Candidate Profile
- Solid hands-on experience in payroll processing.
- Proficiency with Micropay and electronic time & attendance software.
- Experience working within blue-collar workplaces and applying Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) in payroll.
- Proactive attitude combined with excellent customer service and communication capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities effectively.
