Role Overview
As a Payroll Specialist based in Neu-Isenburg, you will independently oversee the monthly payroll process with precision and reliability. Your role includes ensuring continual accuracy and compliance with legal standards in payroll management.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire monthly payroll process autonomously, ensuring timely and precise execution.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with authorities, health insurance providers, social security agencies, and other relevant organizations.
- Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding all payroll-related inquiries.
- Assist in annual reporting duties, audits, and inspections, guaranteeing adherence to all statutory regulations.
- Generate evaluations, detailed reports, and statistical analyses that support informed organizational decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance department on account reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
- Proactively contribute to the ongoing enhancement and refinement of payroll workflows and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive experience in payroll processing.
- Comprehensive understanding of tax regulations, social security, and employment legislation.
- Highly accurate, methodical, and detail-conscious numeric capabilities.
- Fluency in both German and English languages.
- Proficiency with common payroll software and systems.
- Demonstrated service-oriented approach with clear, empathetic, and reliable communication skills.
- Ability to act independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
