Role Overview

As a Payroll Specialist based in Neu-Isenburg, you will independently oversee the monthly payroll process with precision and reliability. Your role includes ensuring continual accuracy and compliance with legal standards in payroll management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire monthly payroll process autonomously, ensuring timely and precise execution.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with authorities, health insurance providers, social security agencies, and other relevant organizations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding all payroll-related inquiries.
  • Assist in annual reporting duties, audits, and inspections, guaranteeing adherence to all statutory regulations.
  • Generate evaluations, detailed reports, and statistical analyses that support informed organizational decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance department on account reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
  • Proactively contribute to the ongoing enhancement and refinement of payroll workflows and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in payroll processing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of tax regulations, social security, and employment legislation.
  • Highly accurate, methodical, and detail-conscious numeric capabilities.
  • Fluency in both German and English languages.
  • Proficiency with common payroll software and systems.
  • Demonstrated service-oriented approach with clear, empathetic, and reliable communication skills.
  • Ability to act independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
