Payroll Executive

Overview

We are seeking a Payroll Executive to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role involves managing payroll operations and supporting key HR activities to facilitate seamless employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive payroll processes including attendance tracking, leave management, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Professional Tax (PT), and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
• Liaise with finance department to coordinate timely salary payments.
• Address employee payroll and compensation-related queries effectively.
• Generate monthly payroll reports and Management Information System (MIS) documentation.
• Assist with HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining documentation, and managing exit processes.
• Keep employee records and Human Resource Management System (HRMS) information updated.
• Comply with organizational policies and relevant labor regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of payroll procedures and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and various HRMS software tools.
• Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy in data handling.
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude alongside clear communication abilities.
• Educational background in Human Resources, Finance, or related disciplines.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience handling payroll and HR operations.
