This role operates on a shift-based schedule with three rotating shifts.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Payment Operations Executive to become a key member of our expanding operations team. The primary responsibility involves managing deposit and withdrawal processes to guarantee accuracy and efficiency in transaction handling. The role encompasses monitoring payment transactions, conducting reconciliation activities, resolving issues, and providing daily operational support to maintain seamless fund flows throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process daily deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• Supervise payment flows, following up on pending or irregular transactions.
• Conduct reconciliation and address discrepancies to assure precise settlements.
• Assist with payment execution, funds allocation, and account monitoring duties.
• Compile operational and data reports regularly.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Contribute to process enhancements and undertake ad-hoc duties as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related areas.
• Previous experience in Payment Operations, Fund Operations, Banking Operations, or Reconciliation preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Attentive to detail, accountable, and proactive in approach.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Adaptability to a high-paced, shift-based work environment.
• Willingness and availability to work rotating shifts covering three shifts.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English to facilitate communication with stakeholders and regional partners.
