Role Overview
Piramal Finance Limited is looking for Relationship Officer (RO) Trainees to join their frontline/field operations team, focusing on microfinance lending.
Core Responsibilities
- Engage in door-to-door customer outreach to acquire borrowers.
- Form Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) for micro-loan issuance.
- Verify customer documents such as Aadhaar and PAN cards thoroughly.
- Collect monthly Equated Monthly Installments (EMIs) from borrowers and manage associated cash flows efficiently.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must be between 18 to 38 years of age.
- Education qualifications accepted include PUC, ITI, diploma, or any degree.
- Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Possession of a bike is mandatory to fulfill job duties.
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
Compensation and Work Schedule
- Annual salary ranges from INR 260,000 to 330,000, paid monthly before the month-end date.
- Work schedule includes six working days per week.
