Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional with extensive experience as a Pattern Master and Cutting Master focused on Western wear. The individual will oversee pattern development and garment cutting processes, ensuring precision and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Expertly create and manage patterns for Western wear garments.
- Execute precise garment cutting and grading according to design specifications.
- Conduct garment fitting sessions to ensure proper fit and finish.
- Handle fabrics carefully, considering their unique characteristics during cutting and production.
- Supervise pattern and cutting operations to maintain workflow efficiency and product quality.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in pattern making and garment cutting within the Western wear segment.

Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary range between INR 30,000 to INR 50,000.
