• Handle a large volume of calls daily, prioritizing the quality of each interaction over call quantity.

• Work on a six-day scheduled week to maintain consistent patient support.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree.
• Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Experience coordinating healthcare services is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to adjust to a fast-paced, changing work environment with diverse patient cases.
• Strong adherence to confidentiality and professional standards in patient interactions.
• Fluency in both Hindi and English languages.
• Experience level ranging from entry to up to two years.

Additional Information

This position offers a monthly remuneration between 20,000 and 50,000 INR. The role demands working six days per week, emphasizing a patient-centered approach rather than meeting numerical call targets.
