  • Promote an engaging and positive training atmosphere that motivates participation and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate training records, assessments, and related administrative documentation promptly.
  • Conduct reviews of training administration and quality to identify and implement enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Passenger Services management and operational teams to align training with current and future capability needs.
  • Drive initiatives to improve the training experience and cultivate a culture that values learning, customer care, and operational excellence.

Safety, Security, and Compliance

  • Ensure all trainings comply with applicable aviation, airline, airport, and Swissport policies and standards.
  • Emphasize adherence to safety and security procedures across all instructional activities.
  • Maintain a consistent focus on passenger safety, service quality, regulatory requirements, and operational accuracy.
  • Incorporate Human Factors principles into training content and operational decisions.
  • Model Swissport's expectations for safety, security, customer service, and compliance behaviors.
  • Champion a work culture grounded in safety, integrity, inclusivity, equality, and fairness.
  • Support a workplace free from bullying, discrimination, harassment, and unsafe conduct.

Candidate Profile
