About the Position
Northeast Auto Ceduna seeks a motivated and customer-oriented Parts Interpreter to become part of our team. This role offers a fantastic chance for individuals with background knowledge in automotive, agricultural, or machinery parts who enjoy assisting customers in locating the correct parts and offering useful product guidance.
Role Details
Reporting to the Parts Manager, your responsibilities, Monday through Friday, will encompass supporting customers and technicians in identifying, selling, and advising on parts from a variety of top-tier brands including Toyota, John Deere, STIHL, Bridgestone, Goldacres, Isuzu, and Spitwater.
Main Duties
- Offer friendly, informed parts guidance to customers.
- Identify and source parts for automotive, agricultural, and machinery sectors.
- Handle parts inquiries and sales transactions.
- Generate quotes, orders, and billing documentation.
- Keep precise inventory and stock data updated.
- Coordinate with suppliers to efficiently procure parts and resolve issues.
- Collaborate effectively with Parts Manager, workshop, and sales units.
- Ensure a tidy, orderly, and professional parts department environment.
- Provide outstanding customer service and cultivate strong client relationships.
Candidate Profile
- Experience with parts, automotive, agricultural, or machinery sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Good mechanical parts and equipment knowledge.
- Comfortable engaging with both customers and suppliers.
- Detail-oriented with sound organizational skills.
- Capable of working autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Dependable, punctual, and dedicated to high-quality service delivery.
