Role Overview
The Parts Interpreter will be part of a vibrant team based in Murwillumbah, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment. This role suits individuals with a passion for or experience in automotive parts, offering comprehensive training to support their success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales via phone and online channels.
- Assist customers directly within the store, providing expert advice.
- Handle the receipt and storage of incoming inventory.
- Prepare and fulfill purchase orders accurately.
- Oversee showroom merchandising, including pricing and upkeep.
Candidate Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Strong commitment to superior customer service.
- Experience or enthusiasm for the automotive parts industry.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Polished telephone etiquette.
- Capability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Skill in simplifying technical issues for customers.
- Preferred: experience with European vehicle parts.
