Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Parts Interpreter to join our Tamworth branch team. This role offers an excellent chance for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, cultivating strong client relationships, and providing outstanding service. Collaborating with an experienced and supportive team, you will aid customers in identifying and obtaining appropriate parts to ensure their vehicles remain roadworthy.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and determine requirements for heavy vehicle parts
• Deliver superior service to trade, fleet, and workshop clients
• Accurately and promptly process customer orders
• Prepare quotations and pursue sales leads
• Foster and maintain robust customer relationships
• Coordinate with warehouse and branch staff to guarantee timely order delivery
• Assist customers with inventory queries and product availability
• Support branch goals for sales and customer service achievements

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience interpreting parts within automotive, truck, commercial vehicle, or related sectors is strongly preferred
• Proficient customer service and sales aptitude
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Competent computer and administrative skills
• Valid driver's license
• Mechanical understanding or keen interest in vehicles is advantageous
