Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Parts Interpreter to join our Ormeau, Queensland location. This role is ideal for someone passionate about problem solving, fostering strong customer connections, and providing excellent service. Collaborating with a knowledgeable and supportive team, you will assist customers in accurately identifying and sourcing parts to keep their vehicles operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and interpret parts requirements for heavy vehicles accurately.
• Deliver outstanding service to trade customers, fleet clients, and workshop personnel.
• Handle customer orders with precision and efficiency.
• Prepare quotations and pursue sales leads proactively.
• Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse and branch staff to ensure prompt fulfillment of orders.
• Support with inventory inquiries and confirm stock availability.
• Contribute towards meeting branch sales and service objectives.
