- Initiate partner-driven opportunities by deploying demand generation initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams to convert prospects into active sellers.
- Foster strong relationships with partner business, product, and technical teams to affect product development, enhance integrations, and advocate for API improvements.
- Manage partnership negotiations and oversee the comprehensive delivery of critical projects, ensuring coordination with product, marketing, legal, analytics, and operational teams.
- Analyze partner performance data, monitor market trends, and assess the ecommerce ecosystem to identify structural challenges and optimize eBay’s partnership strategies across the EU.

- Experience working with API partnerships and third-party software integrations, collaborating with product and technical teams, and influencing product or integration roadmaps.
- Strong commercial acumen in creating joint business plans, incentive schemes, partner enablement programs, and go-to-market strategies.
- Well-versed in the ecommerce sector and its partner landscape, including familiarity with marketplaces, SaaS, internet services, retail tech, and seller tools.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities to use data for decision making, performance evaluation, and growth opportunity identification.
- Excellent partner management skills with the ability to communicate and present effectively, working closely with product, marketing, legal, and analytics teams to build trusted relationships.
