Candidate Profile

• Over 15 years of leadership experience developing and managing cross-functional design teams in inclusive, high-performing settings.
• Expertise in talent acquisition, management, coaching, and facilitating career development.
• Proficient in planning resource allocation with a clear grasp of team capacity and priorities.
• Strong design judgement to effectively guide, review, and enhance team output.
• Track record of advancing team efficiency and operational methods in dynamic, complex environments.
• Experienced in navigating ambiguity, making sound decisions, and collaborating across distributed global teams.
