About the Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Recovery Executive based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra. This role involves initiating calls to customers to follow up on overdue payments and ensuring timely collection efforts through consistent communication and record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding their pending payments.
- Consistently follow up with clients to secure payment commitments.
- Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers throughout the process.
- Liaise with sales and accounts teams about outstanding dues.
- Keep detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and payment statuses.
- Ensure organized and punctual recovery of payments.
- Escalate challenging or overdue cases to senior management when necessary.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with customers.
- Ability to make regular follow-up and recovery calls effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Word.
- General computer literacy.
- Good negotiation and follow-up capabilities.
- Responsible, confident, and driven to meet targets.
- Previous experience in recovery, collections, telecalling, or payment follow-up roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
