Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in fostering a culture of high achievement and purpose.

• Manage daily operations including stock oversight and loss prevention support.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 4 years of leadership experience in retail management, preferably within apparel or footwear sectors.
• Demonstrate a strong sales-focused approach with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Display high energy, flexibility, adaptability, and proactive leadership in fast-moving retail settings.
• Show excellent customer engagement skills to build loyalty.
• Availability to work during weekends, evenings, and peak retail periods.
