Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately to internal contacts.
- Welcome facility visitors, inform the designated UPS escort or person-in-charge, and manage visitor and temporary pass issuance and returns.
- Provide assistance to walk-in customers and collaborate with Operations for self-lodging and self-collection services.
- Manage shared assets such as projectors including issuance, collection, and maintenance coordination.
- Support mail management tasks such as opening the building mailbox and distributing mail to staff.
- Receive and oversee deliveries to the facility.
- Assist with carpark administration, including opening the gantry for vehicles without registration.
- Help raise purchase orders for company-wide requisitions including stationery and office supplies.
- Perform HR administrative duties such as entering leave data.
- Address queries and assist with miscellaneous tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Hold GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level certifications or comparable qualifications.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills paired with a friendly and professional manner.
- Basic organizational and administrative capabilities with careful attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to multitask and operate independently in a dynamic environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and holding a strong sense of responsibility.
- Available to work weekday afternoons from 1 PM to 6 PM, five days per week.
