Job Responsibilities

• Assess and prepare the substrate before laying, smoothing, leveling, and constructing underfloor assemblies if necessary.
• Professionally install parquet and plank flooring.
• Operate parquet sanding machines to finish floors and apply coatings using oil, specialized waxes, synthetic resin, or plastics.
• Carry out parquet repairs and restoration work.
• Calculate material requirements and plan the workflow steps accordingly.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of training as a parquet flooring installer or several years of relevant professional experience.
• Motivated beginners are encouraged and will receive structured, goal-oriented training within the company.
• Demonstrated responsibility, precision, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Independent work approach, good communication skills, and enthusiasm for the profession.
• Proficient German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Valid Class B driving license.
